Verified web contact still shows in verification

Follow these steps if you have imported from web admin contact but the system does not acknowledge this and it's preventing the processing of the payment.

If a contact has been imported but still shows in web contacts you will need to manually match them to the existing contact.

  1. Locate the contact in Web Admin, Verification, New Contacts.

  2. Select Match.

  3. Choose either:

    • Match Duplicate - Keep Web Details

    • Match Duplicate - Discard Web Details

  4. Select the Duplicate and click Match.
