Please liaise with your web developers regarding issues with information not posting from the API. You developers will be able to see the call, and the response from Access Charity CRM. This response will tell them what the problem with the call is.

If you are receiving errors from the API, please see the error logs for the error it's outputting. It will help see what the issue caused and your developer can diagnose it.
