Pledge not syncing to DDCMS after correcting error

Follow this guidance to view the error message related to a pledge not syncing and resolve the issue.

When a pledge fails to send over to DDCMS after the initial sync, we will usually receive the exact error as to why this has been rejected.

You can view the error on the pledge under the Accounts tab. The problem will typically be related to either the pledge itself or the contact related to it.

Correcting the data on either the pledge or the contact record will trigger Charity CRM to re-send the data to DDCMS. If there are no other problems, the error will clear and the pledge will link up. If there are any secondary issues, the error message will update accordingly.

If the data for this is still not sending over to DDCMS, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant so we can investigate the cause.
