Add social media integration credentials

Link your social media accounts to Access Charity CRM.

To add a social media account to Access Charity CRM, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Admin, then select Integration.

  2. Click Social Media.

  3. In the ribbon, click New.

  4. Enter a name for your social media account and select the relevant platform from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click the magnifying glass icon next to Authorisation Code.

  6. In the pop-up window, log in to your chosen social media platform.

Once you complete these steps, your Access Charity CRM account will be linked with the selected social media platform.
