Increase the report export limit

Learn how to update the ReportExportLimit value in Library Definitions to increase or decrease your export capacity.

In the Access Charity CRM you can change the value for 'ReportExportLimit in the Library Defintions.

  1. Click Admin and select Library Definition.

  2. Search for ReportExportLimit.

  3. At the top click Edit and then edit the limit.

  4. Click Save.

📌 Note: While there is no true upper limit on an export from the system, please be aware that as you export bigger and bigger datasets, the process will likely take longer. If a report is too big or complex, you may find the system unable to export it at all.
