Financial year end not in lookup values

Resolve missing financial year end values when entering date ranges for tax claims.

This error occurs when a set of date ranges are entered against a tax claim which is not included within the Lookup called YearEnd.

This lookup contains each ending year available in the system. To correct this issue, add in the year that is needed then reattempt the claim.

  1. Click Admin, then click Lookups.

  2. Select Lookups.

  3. Type in YearEnd in the Quick Search field.

  4. Select the YearEnd lookup.

  5. Scroll down to Lookup Values and click the plus icon.

  6. Add in the year.

  7. Try submitting your tax claim again.
