System enhancements
Intercom is now available to all Charity CRM Lite customers, removing the previous restriction that limited this to UK-based customers only.
Security
As part of our ongoing commitment to platform security, we have applied a number of security updates across Charity CRM and the Web API. These updates address components identified through our routine security monitoring and require no action from you.
Bug fixes
The following customer issues have been resolved in this release:
Payment Gift Aid Declaration (GAD) status — fixed an issue where payments could be recorded with an incorrect Gift Aid Declaration status.
Datafeeds default settings — fixed an issue that prevented users from editing default settings for a data feed.
Report entity hyperlinks — fixed an issue where hyperlinks were not displaying correctly for report entities.
Outlook add-in email logging — fixed an issue where the incoming email log form in the Outlook add-in no longer prefilled the subject, direction, date received, and content fields.
How to access this update
This version will be released through the automated patching tools on the evening of Monday 7 September 2026. No action is required from you.
