Depending on the time required and complexity of the data that needs removing, this can be a chargeable request. Once you filled in the form and attached it to a new case, we will be able to check this over and let you know if this is chargeable or not.
We are happy to do small, one-off corrections as a goodwill gesture, we will refuse any repeat offenders. For that reason, you must always be cautious and diligent when importing data because the process is irreversible.
