You can resolve this by closing the Charity CRM tab and re-opening it.
Log in to Access Charity CRM via Access Evo.
Click the three dot menu on the Charity CRM tab.
Select Close.
Click the Access Button
and select Charity CRM.
Follow these steps if you see a blank screen when accessing Charity CRM in Evo.
