The Donor Statistics as seen on the Income Summary tab of the contact form displays a breakdown of the funders income per financial year, as well as other related information.
If you feel this is incorrect, follow the steps below.
First, confirm what income types your are expecting to be taken in to account. By default the system will only include Donation and Gift Aid income types.
This can be configured by clicking Finance, then Admin and selecting Configure Donor Statistics.
Once you have confirmed the income types, check this against the contacts income.
If there are still discrepancies:
Click Finance, then Admin.
Click Update Donor Statistics.
This process can take a few minutes to run depending on the size of your database.
