Large exports take up a lot of processing power. If you are doing large exports and the task fails, drops or times out, this is due to time out restrictions on the server.
When this happens, please use the Export to email function. This will export the file in the background of the system, and once ready will email you a link to download the file.
To export to email:
Click the dropdown arrow under the Export to Excel option.
From the dropdown select Excel Export to Email.
In the 'Send File to' popup check that the email address is correct, then click Ok.
You can also change the email address to any other email should the report need to be sent to someone else.
Wait for the email to arrive with the Excel file attached.
This can take some time depending on the size of the report. This avoids the timeout on the website as the report is compiled on the database and email directly.
If you are not receiving the report by email, or data is missing from the emailed export, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and provide us with as many details as possible so we can investigate and assist.
