You can export address lines from Access Charity CRM with each line separated by the pipe symbol.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Create your report.
Click Type and change it to Export.
Under Properties, select Replace Carriage Returns With Pipes.
Run the report and save the Excel file that is created.
Open the Excel file.
In the address line column, you’ll notice some addresses contain the pipe | symbol.
Highlight the fields you want to split.
Click the Data tab in Excel, then click Text to Columns.
Select Delimited and click Next.
Clear any existing delimiter selections, select Other, and enter the pipe | symbol.
Change the Destination cell to where you want the split data to appear.
Click Finish.
Your address lines are now separated into different columns as needed.
