If you run a saved search against a form, once the search has been applied there will be a filter icon at the top of the list of entries. Clicking this will show the criteria that have been applied to the search.
Alternatively, once a search has been applied, select the Search icon from the ribbon and enter Yellow Box Search mode. You will see the criteria listed on the side of the screen.
