To amend an existing saved search, follow the steps below:
Load the module that holds the saved search.
Click the dropdown under the Search button, then Select Saved Search.
Select the saved search from the list that appears.
Click the Search button.
This will bring up the search criteria of the original search.
Make the changes, then click Apply.
Click the dropdown under the Search button, then Save Search.
The save window will pre-populate with the original searches saved data.
Make the changes, then press Save.
You'll get a warning that the original save still exists. Select Yes to overwrite it.
