Action emails not received

This article explains why email notifications for actions may not be received and how to resolve this.

If you are self hosted then please contact your IT department to check that the correct SMTP details have been entered in the correct Library Definition.

If these have been entered correctly or your database is hosted with Access, please reach out via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.

📌 Note: When contacting us please include the SMTP credentials or alert your IT that we will need these to help with the investigation.
