The error message HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable means that the Web part of Access Charity CRM needs to be restarted. However, sometimes this can be an indicator of other issues too.
If you host your own instance of Access Charity CRM, please liaise with your IT team asking them to recycle the website's Application Pools on your Web Server(s).
If you are an access hosted client, or you're self-hosted and your IT team have recycled the Application Pools, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and provide us with as many details as possible so we can investigate and assist.
