Access Charity CRM makes use of a number generated known as a sequence, and most areas of the system that use progressive numbers use this system. In order to prevent duplicates, a process will lock its associated sequence while in use.
This error is caused if a datafeed which locks the Data Feed Import History ID while in use is interrupted. If this happens, it will remain locked and future datafeeds will be unable to generate their IDs, causing a error.
If you receive this error, reach out via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent. Our Support team will be able to unlock the sequence and allow you to run datafeeds again.
