Membership not renewing

Follow the guidance in this article if a direct debit membership is not renewing.

If you have a membership that is not renewing, check the following:

  • Check the Renewal box on the Membership is ticked.

  • Check that the Membership Periods are configured correctly.

If after trying the three checks above and the membership looks fine but is not renewing then please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.
